Ann Marie Kuhn, Esq.

A graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City, Ann Marie Kuhn began her legal career in 1999, where she represented the Department of Social Services and gained valuable litigation and advocacy experience early in her career. In 2004, she transitioned her practice to New Jersey, focusing exclusively on real estate law while building her family and becoming part of the Jersey Shore community, she now proudly serves.

Prior to opening Kuhn Law Offices, AnnMarie practiced as an associate attorney at three respected law firms, concentrating on real estate transactions. Today, Ann Marie represents buyers, sellers, and investors in both residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout New Jersey. She provides hands-on guidance from contract through closing, carefully navigating negotiations, due diligence, title matters, and lender coordination to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.

A resident of Point Pleasant since 2001, Ann Marie and her husband, a local small business owner, raised their two daughters in the community they call home.
